Institutions or organizations that obtain the right to use the relevant document(s) are obliged to meet and maintain the criteria of the relevant standard(s).
The issuance of a Management System (such as ISO 9001 Certificate, ISO 14001 Certificate, etc.) and/or Product Certificate (such as CE Certificate, ISQ-NAP 1 Natural Product Certificate, etc.) by Organizations (like CYS) is carried out by taking into account the current conditions and declarations of the certified Institution or Organization at that specific moment (the day/time/moment the audit was conducted/compliance was observed). The institutions/organizations that have obtained the right to use the certificate logo/form/mark are responsible and liable for maintaining compliance. The authorizing institutions or organizations cannot be held responsible, and no rights, penalties, or compensation can be demanded from them. Institutions or organizations that obtain the right to use the certificate logo/form/mark should know that they alone will bear the consequences of non-compliance.
Institutions or organizations that obtain/wish to obtain the right to use the certificate and logo/form/mark acquire these rights by knowingly accepting these mentioned document(s), logo/form/mark. These points are an important rule to be followed and not forgotten for all legal, statutory, etc., requirements in cases of non-compliance.
Institutions or Organizations that will not accept the Legal Process should not apply for or request the relevant Certifications and/or rights from CYS Certification.
Individuals, institutions, and organizations that receive services despite these conditions are deemed to have accepted this notice.
